AGE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates for all branches/specialties must be aged from 18 up to: a) 67 years and b) exceptionally, up to 70 years, for those who have completed their sixty-seventh (67th) year of age and have not been pensioned from the public treasury or another insurance body.

LOCAL RESIDENCY (ENTOPIOTITA)
Permanent residents of the Municipality of Apokoronas are ranked ahead of all other candidates, regardless of their total score [pursuant to Article 12 para. 1 subpara. st of Law 4765/2021, as amended by Article 4 of Law 5149/2024, and the confirmatory act of the Deputy Minister of Interior No. DIPAAAD/F.EP.1/5/13728/18-08-2026 (ADA: ΡΟΜΡ46ΜΤΛ6-16Θ)].
EXPERIENCE
SCOREABLE EXPERIENCE FOR CANDIDATES IN THE UNIVERSITY (PE) AND SECONDARY (DE) EDUCATION CATEGORIES
As scoreable experience for the following position codes is understood employment under an employment relationship or work contract in the public or private sector or professional practice in duties or works related to the subject of the position to be filled, provided in co-financed structures and actions related to vulnerable groups and social inclusion.
Position codes 101 and 102: Experience is taken into account after acquisition of the basic educational title with which candidates participate in the selection process. The methods of calculating experience are described in detail in the "Annex to Announcements of Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (SOX) for co-financed actions 'BASIC GOODS PROVISION STRUCTURES, COMMUNITY CENTRES, HOMELESS STRUCTURES'" with edition marking "04-08-2021" (see CHAPTER II, section E, sub-section "METHODS OF CALCULATING EXPERIENCE").
It is noted that the Solemn Declaration for proof of experience, where required, must be submitted in every case in accordance with the above Annex, since the employment history certificate of the Electronic National Social Insurance Agency (e-EFKA) is purely informational in nature as regards the specialty, in accordance with document No. 8657/12-1-2020 of the Employee Insurance Department of e-EFKA.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Candidates must, for proof of the REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (see TABLE B), their other characteristics and their experience, submit all documents required by the present announcement and the "Annex to Announcements of Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (SOX) for co-financed actions 'Basic Goods Provision Structures, Community Centres, Homeless Structures'" with edition marking "04-08-2021", in accordance with the provisions of the section "SUBMISSION OF TITLES, CERTIFICATES AND ATTESTATIONS" of Chapter I of the above Annex.
It is noted that where a family status certificate is required as a document, it is henceforth obtained ex officio by our service, in accordance with Joint Ministerial Decision DIDDDI/F.EMD/4441/2025 (Vol. B No. 1234) of the Ministers of Interior and Digital Governance [cf. Article 2 of Joint Ministerial Decision 19173/2025 (Vol. B No. 1783)].
Until the relevant changes are incorporated into the Annex, the following apply:
By Article 82 of Law 5003/2022 (Government Gazette 230/Vol. A/14-12-2022), the maximum age limit for candidates' participation referred to in the GENERAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA of the Annex to Announcements of Fixed-Term Employment Contracts (SOX) for co-financed actions "Basic Goods Provision Structures, Community Centres, Homeless Structures" with edition marking "04-08-2021" is set at: (a) the sixty-seventh (67th) year and (b) exceptionally, up to the seventieth (70th) year for candidates who have completed their sixty-seventh (67th) year of age and have not been pensioned from the public treasury or another insurance body. For the participation of the above candidates under case (b), a separate solemn declaration is required, declaring that until the expiry of the application submission deadline they have not established a right to pension.
Titles, certificates and attestations from foreign countries required by the Announcement must be accompanied by an official translation into the Greek language and must have been authenticated, in accordance with the provisions of the Annex. Specifically, since 01.09.2021 (abolition of the translation service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 31/08/2021 – Article 478 para. 6 of Law 4781/2021), candidates may search for and select a translator at metafraseis.services.gov.gr or through the "Certified Translators" application of the Unified Digital Portal gov.gr.
For proof of the local residency criterion, candidates must first declare it in the appropriate field of their application and then submit an Address Details Certificate, which is issued electronically via myAADE → REGISTER AND COMMUNICATION → REGISTER CERTIFICATES → CURRENT PROFILE OF NATURAL PERSON → ISSUE, given that our entity has not yet developed interoperability with AADE for the retrieval of permanent residence data. It is noted that the following are not accepted as proof of permanent residence: a) a certificate of permanent residence pursuant to Article 279 of Law 3463/2006 (Vol. A No. 114) as replaced by Article 188 of Law 4764/2020 (Vol. A No. 256) and b) a certificate of local residency proving municipal membership status.
In paragraph 9 of CHAPTER I: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION of the above ANNEX (page 11), where reference is made to Disability Certification Centres (KE.P.A.), the following text is added: KE.P.A. certificates in force are those which certify the prescribed disability percentage and which: a) State that they are valid for life or indefinitely or that the condition is irreversible. b) State a specific period of validity (from… to…) that must be valid at least until the date of expiry of the application submission deadline. KE.P.A. certificates that do not state the period of validity are not valid independently but form an integral part of other (original) KE.P.A. attestations where their validity is stated and must therefore be submitted cumulatively. Furthermore, attestations of disability certification issued before 01.09.2011 by the corresponding First-Degree Health Committees of prefectures, the region or social insurance bodies are accepted, provided they relate to an indefinite ruling.
2. EDUCATIONAL TITLES
For the University or Technological Education categories:
Educational title (the one explicitly referred to per branch or specialty) on which the date and year of acquisition must be stated. The time of acquisition of the above title is deemed to be the date of completion of studies, i.e. successful completion of the prescribed subjects. If the time of acquisition does not result from a submitted certificate of the competent body of a University (AEI) or Technological Educational Institute (TEI), it results from the submitted educational title.
If the title was obtained abroad, the following must be submitted:
- A Certificate of Academic Equivalence or Recognition Certificate concerning equivalence, equivalence and correspondence, from the Interdisciplinary Organisation for the Recognition of Academic Titles and Information (D.O.A.T.A.P.)
or
- A Recognition Act from the Inter-University Centre for Recognition of Foreign Study Titles (DI.KA.T.S.A. for required basic title of P.E.) or Recognition Act from the Institute of Technological Education I.T.E. (for required basic title of T.E.), regarding the equivalence, equivalence and correspondence of the title.
In the event that the direction/specialisation does not result from the recognition act or certificate, a certificate from the Educational Institution that awarded the title is required, which must specify the direction/specialisation, as well as an official translation thereof.
Specifically for degrees from Cyprus: For degrees obtained before the full accession of the Republic of Cyprus to the European Union (01-05-2004) and listed in Presidential Decree 299/1997, no equivalence and correspondence is required.
