Palm Sunday market returns to Vryses

Shopping stalls will offer a wide range of goods sold directly by producers and traders from the area:

Running alongside the market, a collection of non-perishable food items will be held to support the municipality's social food bank. Anyone who wishes to contribute can bring along everyday essentials and hand them in on the day.

Street Market – Trade Fair in Vryses on Palm Sunday

The Municipality of Apokoronas is organising, as it does every year, the established street market – trade fair in Vryses, at the crossroads towards Vafes – Nippos, on Palm Sunday, April 5, 2026.

The trade fair has now become an institution for the area and gives residents and visitors the opportunity to purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, local traditional products, folk art items, clothing and much more, directly from producers and sellers of the wider region.

At the same time, as part of social solidarity, a collection of non-perishable food items will take place to support the Social Grocery Store of the Municipality of Apokoronas. Those who wish may contribute by offering essential goods.

Declarations of participation for producers and sellers will be accepted at the Apokoronas Municipal Hall in Vryses up to and including Thursday, April 2, 2026, between the hours of 09:00–14:00, as well as by telephone at 2825 340300.

The Municipality of Apokoronas invites all citizens to visit the trade fair and to support both local production and the social solidarity structures of the Municipality.
