What residents should do
Anyone in the affected areas who relies on electrical equipment that cannot be interrupted — such as refrigerated medication, medical devices, or security systems — should make arrangements before the scheduled cut. If the maintenance work finishes ahead of schedule, power may be restored before the listed end time.
Safety warning: Even during a planned outage, no one should touch power lines or any part of the network — including cables lying on the ground. The network must be treated as live at all times.
