It is made known that the Mayor of the Municipality of Apokoronas – Prefecture of Chania invites interested parties to a public, highest-bid and oral auction, with award criterion the highest offer, for the lease of common-use spaces for the display of outdoor advertising of the Municipality of Apokoronas according to the terms of the notice with protocol number: 97/May 21, 2024 (ADA: ΨΥΣΩΩΨΤ-ΚΙΔ), which was posted on the Municipality website https://apokoronas.gov.gr/ and on the notice board of the Town Hall.

The auction will be held on June 3, 2024, Monday, at 12.00 p.m., in the Municipal Council hall in Vryses, before the Auction Conduct Committee, which was appointed by no. 91/2024 ADA: Ψ3Χ2ΩΨΤ-ΝΜΝ decision of the Municipal Committee.

In case of non-holding or non-completion of the auction for any reason, it will be repeated at the same time and in the same place on June 12, 2024, Wednesday, as provided by the provisions of article 6 of P.D 270/1981.

The auction may continue even beyond the time set in the notice, provided that offers continue without interruption.

THE MAYOR OF APOKORONAS

Having taken into account:

d) decision 38/2024 ADA: 9ΟΛΡΩΨΤ-ΑΟΝ of the Municipal Council on the subject “Approval of the Outdoor Advertising Regulation of the Municipality of Apokoronas and Determination of Common-Use Spaces for the Display of Outdoor Advertising”.

e) no. 91/2024 ADA: Ψ3Χ2ΩΨΤ-ΝΜΝ Decision of the Municipal Committee for the appointment of members of the Auction Conduct Committee.

st) no. 77/2024 ADA: 6ΦΚΤΩΨΤ-7ΑΠ Decision of the Municipal Committee for the Constitution of a Special Evaluation Committee and rental valuation.

WE PROCLAIM a highest-bid, public and oral auction for the lease of common-use spaces for the display of outdoor advertising as described below and invite interested parties to express interest.

Article 1
NUMBER AND TYPE OF ADVERTISING MEDIA IN COMMON-USE SPACES

A total of twenty (20) positions for placement of self-illuminated advertising – informational frames with night sensor, in common-use spaces, RACKET type, with maximum total height 270cm (Base Dimension + Advertising – Informational Frame Dimension).

The types of signs shall comply with the specifications of Joint Ministerial Decision no. 46526/2020 (FEK 3049/22.07.20 issue B’) “Regulation of terms and conditions for the display of outdoor advertising” and their placement with the terms of decision no. 38/2024 (ADA: 9ΟΛΡΩΨΤ-ΑΟΝ) on the subject Approval of Outdoor Advertising Regulation of Municipality of Apokoronas and Determination of Common-Use Spaces for the Display of Outdoor Advertising.
