Note: Those who have a genuine inability to attend the in-person session must notify the President of the Municipal Council in good time and within a reasonable period of the reasons for their inability to attend, so that they may connect via teleconference to the session. (It is noted that: Before the start of the session, the President will inform the Council of any Municipal Councillors who, due to genuine inability, have requested to connect via teleconference, and the Council must decide on the approval of the participation of those specific Municipal Councillors in the session of the Municipal Council via teleconference.)
