If work is completed ahead of schedule, power may be restored before the stated end time. However, the network operator warns that all electrical lines and network components must be treated as live at all times — even during a scheduled outage. Approaching or touching power lines or any part of the network, even if they appear to be lying on the ground, is strictly prohibited due to the serious risk of injury.
