Apokoronas opens nursery and kindergarten enrolments from September 2, 2026

Apokoronas: One week to enrol children in nurseries and kindergartens

The announcement follows the publication of the final results from EETAA (the Greek Agency for Local Development and Local Government) on August 18, 2026. Voucher holders can now visit one of the municipality's four childcare centres to complete the enrolment process.

What to bring

Parents must submit the following documents together with their application:

EETAA voucher
EETAA points card (scoring sheet)
Family status certificate or birth certificate
Paediatrician's certificate confirming the child's health and full vaccination status
Photocopies of the vaccination pages from the child's health booklet

How places are allocated

Places are awarded based on each child's EETAA score and the number of available spots at each centre. Families with higher scores have priority — timing within the application window does not affect the outcome.

Announcement of the Municipality of Apokoronas

The Independent Department of Social Protection, Education and Culture of the Municipality of Apokoronas announces that, following the publication of the final results of E.E.T.A.A. (18/8/2026), parents — holders of a voucher — who wish to enrol their children for the school year 2026–2027 may submit an enrolment application in person at their chosen Centre, from Wednesday 2 September to Wednesday 9 September 2026.

The selection of children will be made on the basis of the EETAA scoring and the available places at each Centre.

Enrolment results will be announced on Friday 11 September 2026 on the website of the Municipality of Apokoronas.
